In November 2022, Kineum was inaugurated to create a “house in motion.” In addition to modern office spaces, the building houses restaurants, a gym, a flower shop, a pool club, music venues, co-working spaces, and the trendy destination hotel Jacy’z. This unique combination creates a dynamic office environment, designed for flexible space configuration, and optimized for the best views and natural light.

To create a productive indoor climate, SI Göteborg has developed a comprehensive solution based on Regin’s freely programmable units EXOclever and EXOcompact, alongside other field devices. The system is fully integrated with the building management system Arrigo, allowing users to track energy use and alarm history in real-time.

With floor-specific control and presence-based systems, we can effectively reduce or redistribute airflow when areas are unoccupied.
