DEOS AG becomes a part of the REGIN Group with a separate product line under the DEOS brand name. Together with DEOS AG the Regin group is strengthening its market positions in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Stefan Plüth, the founder and former sole shareholder of DEOS AG, has with this transaction realised his personal succession plan and placed the company, which has existed since 1967, on a new solid foundation for the future.
