The hotel, inaugurated in 2022 and designed by NCC in close collaboration with Platzer, significantly contributes to developing the Gårda district and the city by stimulating increased tourism and commercial activity. Additionally, the building is environmentally certified to BREEAM level excellent, meeting standards for energy use, indoor climate control, and water management.

In close collaboration with Regin, SI Gothenburg has delivered a comprehensive building automation solution, including a project-specific room controller developed for the hotel. The system is based on Regin's programmable DDC units EXOclever and EXOcompact, integrated into the building management system Arrigo for complete control.
"This is a highly unique project with multiple operations under one roof. To meet the building's demands, we have carefully segmented the building into different climate zones. We have strategically worked with demand control, including occupancy detection in hotel rooms, to ensure resource-efficient operation. Additionally, every design choice has been carefully considered to harmonize with the hotel's unique atmosphere and create a relaxed environment that welcomes the hotel guests," says Stefan Bengtsson, Project Manager at SI Göteborg.
